We courier nationwide using a variety of major national courier partners. Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days.

Greater Western and Southern Cape: R115 (Saldanha, Hermanus, Robertson, Mossel Bay, Oudshoorn, Plett, Knysna)

Outlying areas: R170 (Your area doesn't fall into any of the above areas)

In the unfortunate event of your parcel being damaged by the courier, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product, along with photographs. This is to allow us to sufficient time to claim in line with the courier's claim window period.

You may return your product to The Toy Trip within 7 working days from collection/delivery. Once we receive the product (you are liable for the courier fees to return the product) it will take up to 7 working days to process your refund and for the money to reflect in your bank account (we will refund your money via EFT). 

Please understand that we cannot refund products if they are not in their original condition or packaging as we are unable to resell the product. 

With regards to defective or incorrect products, the responsibility lies with us and our supplier. Please notify us of the defective or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please provide us with photographs. From the evidence, we will decide whether to accept or decline the return. We may organise collection of the product and its packaging from your premises and refund you accordingly.

We allow our customers to "build a bag" which means that you can keep an invoice open for the month and add items throughout the month. If you choose this option, you can let us know when you would like your invoice or we will send it towards the end of the month.

This option allows customers to save on delivery costs as they are paying one delivery fee for a few items. Refer to our Delivery Policy for further info.
